Maggi's egg diet (like its counterparts) restricts our food in a certain way. This refers to both the choice of food and the number of meals, as well as its volume. This diet is low in carbohydrates and lasts exactly 4 weeks. In this period, if all Maggi rules are strictly followed, a person can lose weight by 5-10 kg in 30 days (we are talking about losing weight at home, without any physical effort). And this is by no means the limit! As practice shows, this indicator can reach about twenty-five kilograms. It sounds incredible, but this method of losing weight will allow you to lose weight without much effort.

Perhaps the main feature of the Maggi egg diet is the mandatory strict observance of all conditions. If any other diet can undergo changes that will not be critical to it and will not affect the final result in any way, then it is categorically undesirable to remove any ingredients from the diet (and even more so to replace them with something else). . . . From this, the result may significantly deteriorate or completely disappear.

If you suddenly broke free and ate something that is prohibited on the egg diet, you will not be able to continue. We will have to start over.

These strict rules are dictated by the precise calculations behind this diet. The fact is that when creating the diet, nutrition scientists did not rely on the number of calories in a particular product, but on the chemical reactions of our body. After all, we all know that foods are assimilated by our body in different and "light" ways, at first glance a fruit may contain more dangers than boiled chicken breast. That is why it is very important to follow all instructions as accurately as possible to achieve the desired effect.

Advantages and disadvantages

Now I would like to talk about the pros and cons you will encounter when you decide to follow an egg based diet to lose weight. The advantages of Maggi, of course, include a lasting result. All the lost weight will not come back to you after switching to a different diet. Furthermore, this type of diet is quite "democratic". If you compare it with its counterparts, you will see that there are very few restrictions in the product range. However, this condition has two "sides of the coin". Although the menu is varied, you will still not be able to improvise, sinceMaggi's egg diet requires strict adherence to all established requirements.By the way, a detailed diet is also another moot point. On the one hand, you will always know what, how much and when you need to eat, so you won't be able to consume extra calories. On the other hand, you won't be able to deviate from the rules either, otherwise all your work could go down the drain.

It is also worth noting that people prone to allergic reactions are better off refraining from such a food experiment.

Menu for 4 weeks

Now I would like to go directly to the diet itself and tell you what and in what quantities you need to eat to lose weight quickly. However, before proceeding, I have a number of clarifications for you:

  • it is strictly forbidden to eat lamb;
  • the meat used for cooking must be free of fat inclusions;
  • if there are no clarifications, the choice and quantity of the product allowed for consumption is at your discretion;
  • methods of cooking meat: frying / boiling
  • dairy products and, in particular, cheeses - exclusively (! ) fat-free;
  • eggs - only (! ) boiled;
  • chicken meat is always eaten (! ) without skin;

Maggi egg diet: week 1

Side note: Week 1 and Week 2 breakfasts should include a hard-boiled egg or two and a fruit (grapefruit / orange). In the first week it should be whole; in the 2nd week - it is allowed to eat only half.

Also, for your convenience, lunch and dinner will be referred to as meal II and meal III respectively.

Monday

  • II: pamper yourself with fruit.
  • III: You can reward yourself with a small portion of meat.

Tuesday

  • II: a little chicken.
  • III: to recover gastric juice - start with an orange, then a vegetable salad and finish the meal with two hard-boiled eggs.

Wednesday

  • II: mix cheese and tomatoes + some bread or toast.
  • III: a little meat to pamper the body.

Thursday

  • II: fruity mix.
  • III: a piece of meat on a pillow of lettuce leaves.

Friday

  • II: mix of fresh vegetables and a couple of eggs
  • III: a couple of eggs + lettuce; citrus fruits (1 pc. ) + fried or boiled fish.

Saturday

  • II: fruity mix.
  • III: a small amount of meat.

Sunday

  • II: chicken with vegetable garnish + mix of fresh vegetables and citrus fruits (1 pc. )
  • III: boiled vegetables.

Monday

  • II: some meat on a lettuce leaf pillow.
  • III: a couple of eggs + lettuce; citrus fruits (1 pc. )

Tuesday

  • II: some meat on a lettuce leaf pillow.
  • III: citrus fruits (1 pc. ) + A couple of eggs.

Wednesday

  • II: some meat + cucumbers.
  • III: a couple of eggs + orange / grapefruit.

Thursday

  • II: boiled vegetables + cheese + a couple of eggs.
  • III: a couple of eggs.

Friday

  • II: fish (boiled or fried).
  • III: a couple of eggs.

Saturday

  • II: tomatoes, citrus fruits and some meat.
  • III: fresh fruit mix (can be replaced with a salad).

Sunday

  • II: some chicken, fresh cherry tomatoes, boiled vegetables and citrus fruits.
  • III: some chicken, fresh cherry tomatoes, boiled vegetables and citrus fruits.

Maggi egg diet: week 3

Monday

Today all the fruit is at your disposal. Decide for yourself the number of meals and their volume. There are only two standard restrictions: don't eat after 6pm and don't use what's forbidden!

Tuesday

On this day, boiled vegetables and salads from them are available (of course, without seasonings).

Wednesday

Our Wednesday is fruit and vegetables: mixed salad, boiled or fresh - you choose at your discretion, while avoiding only condiments and prohibited products.

Thursday

As in the best traditions of childhood, Thursday is a day of fish. As a result, we eat fresh fish, vegetable side dishes, lettuce and cabbage.

Friday

On this day, you can relax a little. You have the right to afford a few slices of meat with vegetables (or a side of these).

Saturday and Sunday

At the end of the week, we unload the body a little. On weekends only one type of fruit is allowed, for which you can eat "from the belly" and at any time.

Maggi egg diet: week 4

Important: the products listed below can be consumed at any time, without restrictions, however it is strictly forbidden to make changes to the menu (remove or replace ingredients)!

Monday

Monday is a tough day. You're home, so indulge in some meat, fresh tomatoes (3) and cucumbers (4), unsweetened tuna, citrus, and toast.

Tuesday

Today, like the day before, we "spoil" our body a little. In general, the diet for this day remains the same, with one small exception: you can diversify your dessert by replacing the already familiar citrus with a slice of melon, apple or pear.

Wednesday

Today we will be enriched with a little calcium, and to the already familiar boiled and fresh vegetables (2 cucumbers and 2 tomatoes), we will add 1 tbsp. L. cheese or curd, plus toast and, of course, our favorite citrus fruits.

Thursday

Although Thursday is a "fish day", today we eat meat, toast (1 pc. ), Cucumbers (1 pc. ), Tomatoes (3 pcs. ) And orange / grapefruit (optional).

Friday

Today's diet will be easy: lettuce leaves, a couple of hard-boiled eggs, standard citrus fruits (your choice) and a couple of fresh tomatoes.

Saturday

The penultimate day. We begin to slowly prepare the body for the completion of the diet. Today you can afford some boiled chicken breast, 125 gr. ricotta or feta cheese, toast, a glass of yogurt, citrus fruits and a couple of fresh cucumbers and a tomato each.

Sunday

Well, the last day has arrived! Those who have been able to "endure" this uneven battle with their own willpower and extra pounds can observe the dramatic changes that have occurred with the figure. But don't relax too much! Try to control in the future what and how much you eat and today you can eat some tuna, 1 tbsp. L. cottage cheese with toast, some boiled vegetables, citrus, plus a couple of cucumbers and a tomato.
